Open your document in a word processor
- For best results, start with forms in MS Word or another word processor format, or RTF format. If your forms are in PDF, see if you can find the original MS Word documents as this will save you some time.
Add tags to your document
- Anywhere a person would normally fill out information, add a meaningful title set between double square brackets.
- For example, where you would normally fill in the name of the company, we have added the tag [[Company]].
- It doesn’t matter what the tag is called as long as it is meaningful to you.
Once you have added all the needed tags, save in Rich Text Format (.rtf)
